To all the Fathers and especially mine...I hope you all had a wonderful Father's day weekend filled with love and positive vibes. If you don't know already from all of our social media post, me and my beloved have had one eventful week. So eventful that I'm a week late from posting this blog lol. On our fathers day we decided to have a baby shower for our precious princess Jayla. We thank everyone who came through and blessed us with amazing gifts and love. I even had a special gift for my lady which left everyone in tears as I went down on one knee and asked her to be my wife. She said yes because I'm amazing of course but that's not the point 😁. The next day it got real. Her water broke at 10am Monday morning and not thinking that was her issue due to the nurse telling her the baby was just laying on her bladder we didn't take any action. After constant leaking she felt the contractions coming stronger and stronger then before you know it, it was 3am Tuesday morning and we were on our way to the hospital for them to tell us that indeed her water broke. Baby Jayla was trying to make her debut. After 12 hours of pain and one epidural injection our beautiful baby girl arrived Wednesday morning at 2:58am. With a full head of hair and a cry that touched me deeper than the Pacific Ocean she was really here. I couldn't believe it. I stayed by my little princesses side until they took her to the nursery. Due to her being born 5 weeks early we were in the hospital for almost a week. Test after test we were determined to believe that everything would be ok through the power of prayer. God blessed us tremendously with an amazing support system from our families and also the wonderful staff at Winterhaven's womans hospital. Ms. Kathy if you ever read this...you truly were a blessing and I can't thank God enough for you coming in the middle of the night checking on us and our little one. We love you and can't wait to see you again. Now home and things finally put away from the baby shower we are excited to start this new chapter in our lives. We are determined to be the best parents we can be for our child. The best husband and wife for each other. And to thank God every step of the way. So RoyalFam that's been our crazy week and we couldn't be happier. We thank you all for the support and love. We hope and pray that you all continue to rock with us as we grow more and more each day. We love you. God bless you. Stay Royal. 👑
